Trigonometric functions in CSS

Recently the following trigonometric functions were introduced to CSS:

• sin()
• cos()
• tan()
• asin()
• acos()
• atan()
• atan2()

There are use cases for sizing things, rotating elements and laying out pages. They should generally reduce the amount of JavaScript workarounds you have to do for your designs.
